KodaEdu provides digital enrollment tooling for schools worldwide, including parent forms, document collection, staff review, and related features.
Schools agree to use the service only for lawful enrollment purposes, invite only trusted staff, protect parent links, and handle student/parent data in line with applicable law and their own policies. Schools are responsible for the content they request from parents and for retention and deletion decisions.
Parents using a school-issued link agree to submit accurate information and documents for that enrollment, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and these Terms. The link is secret — do not share it publicly.
Staff must keep credentials confidential and are encouraged to enable multi-factor authentication. KodaEdu may suspend accounts that abuse the service or endanger personal data.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features such as billing and plan limits may change as the product evolves.
To the extent permitted by law, KodaEdu is not liable for school admissions decisions, staff misuse of access, or parent sharing of enrollment links. Formal liability caps will be set in the final legal agreement.
